The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for an Account on the Service or send any information about yourself to Super Free Games. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we will delete such information from our files as required by applicable law. California Shine the Light
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information (as defined by applicable California law) in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2013 will receive information regarding 2012 sharing activities).
